Global Mentors Network | Inside the Client's Mind Framework

Welcome to Global Mentors Network. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the licensing, access, and use of the Inside the Client’s Mind Consultation Psychology Framework (“Framework”) provided by Global Mentors Network (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By entering into a licensing agreement, accessing, or using the Framework, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Framework.
Licensed Framework Access
The framework includes licensed access to consultation psychology materials, educational resources, and supporting documentation as outlined during licensing discussions.
Access is granted to the licensed organization for approved educational or professional brand environments only. All use is subject to the agreed licensing scope and governance conditions.
Licensing Fee and Payment
Licensing of the Inside the Client’s Mind Consultation Psychology Framework requires payment of an initial annual licensing fee, as agreed during licensing discussions.
The licensing fee is non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and payable in full prior to access being granted.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or fees unless otherwise stated. The licensee is responsible for any such charges.
Delivery and Access
Access to the Framework is provided following confirmation of the licensing agreement and completion of any required onboarding or orientation steps.
You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Framework within the agreed organisational scope for the duration of the licensing period.
No Refund Policy
All licensing fees are non‑refundable.
Because access to the Inside the Client’s Mind Consultation Psychology Framework is granted following confirmation of a licensing agreement, no refunds, credits, or cancellations are provided once payment has been made, regardless of usage or access level.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Framework remain the sole property of Global Mentors Network or its licensors.
Licensing does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. The Framework may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, sublicensed, or used outside the agreed licensing scope without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use may result in termination of the licensing agreement.
User Obligations
Account Security: Where access credentials or accounts are provided, the licensee is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all access information and for all activity undertaken under such access. Prohibited Use: The Framework may not be used for any unlawful, unauthorized, or improper purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Framework beyond the agreed licensing scope.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Mentors Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Framework or any licensed materials. Our total liability for any claim related to the Framework shall not exceed the licensing fee paid for the applicable licensing period.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
The Framework is an educational and professional capability framework. It does not guarantee specific commercial, financial, performance, or behavioral outcomes.
Results achieved through use of the Framework depend on organisational factors including implementation quality, educator delivery, environment, and contextual use. Any references to outcomes are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees.
Organisational Responsibility
The licensee acknowledges that responsibility for implementation decisions, delivery standards, and organisational outcomes remains with the licensed organisation. The Framework is designed to support structured consultation capability but does not replace professional judgment, internal governance, or organisational decision-making processes.
No Warranties
We do not warrant or guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or income levels. The Framework is intended to support and assist professional and organisational capability development but does not constitute a guarantee of success. Any forward‑looking statements, references, or projections provided on this website are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises or assurances of future earnings or outcomes.
Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own financial decisions and actions. We recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified professional before making any financial or business decisions. Your use of our products and services is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our Site. Your continued use of the Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia / Victoria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Australia/ Victoria
